· Coming up with creative ideas and transforming them into actual campaigns.
· Manage all aspects of Media Planning.
· Manage and enhance the customers online reputation/brand
· Develop and enrich the online customer service experience
· Leverage customer insight data to improve the overall customer experience
· Maintain and evolve Frontpoint's online review response standards
· Ensure brand consistency for any team communications
· Maintain and improve relationships with business partners who are involved with online presence.
Desired Skills
· 2-3+ years of experience related to the business use of online review platforms, community platforms and/or social media, prior people management
experience strongly preferred
· Fundamental understanding of online brand and community management, with keen understanding of why customers use/post online reviews
· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, accuracy and accountability
· Superb written communication, grammar and spelling
· Strong sense of customer service .
